Almost 14 years after the passage of the restaurant to the family, Maria and Dimitris Rebelos, we accepted at the beginning of 2021, with the ally of the family trust, in the midst of the difficult crisis of the pandemic, the challenge of its complete renovation, through its vision their son, Stelios Rebelos. Priority was given to the high quality reconstruction of the building installations, to the functionality, to the layout, to the diversity of the given space and of course to its rich lighting. The restaurant is enriched with special design elements, with modern but warm materials and shades of constructions, with emphasis on the showcases for the promotion of Greek wines in combination with of course the support of its excellent Greek cuisine, with references to the colors of nature and the olive , was designed as a place defined as a reference point for the modern Greek gastronomic experience in Germany.
